Hello beautiful people,

Planning the year right is about you defining with intentionality all that you what to achieve during the year. I always like to emphasize that it's only a healthy person that can achieve set goals. So let's jumpstart with sustainable tips to help you achieve your weight management or weight loss goals for the year.

First and foremost KEEP IT SIMPLE AND NOT COMPLICATED!

  1. Drink about 3 liters of water daily (start your day with about 750ml of water, preferably warm water with a dash of lemon.
  2. Be intentional with your toilet visit in the morning (relax in the toilet with your favorite book and have a bowel movement).
  3. DO NOT STARVE yourself( ensure you eat at every meal and snack at least 2 daily, remember snack healthy).
  4. PORTION PORTION PORTION your meals (eat only what your body needs).
  5. Move your body at least for 2o minutes daily( you are not a tree).
  6. AVOID eating after 7 pm.
  7. DETOX DETOX DETOX.

REMEMBER DON'T COMPLICATE IT! MAKE IT SIMPLE!
